Nathalie Chikhi (b. 1975, France) is an abstract artist based in Texas whose practice spans painting, drawing, and works on paper. Her geometric and architectural compositions — built through intuitive layering of color, texture, and material — explore impermanence, meditative rhythm, and the space between order and dissolution.
Chikhi's work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Centre Pompidou (Paris), Mass MoCA (North Adams), the Angel Orensanz Foundation (New York), and Art Basel Miami Beach through Alfa Gallery. Solo exhibitions include presentations at the Maitland Art Center and the Atlantic Center for the Arts. Her work is held in private collections in the United States and France.
Working intuitively, Chikhi builds compositions where structure and spontaneity coexist — precise enough to feel architectural, open enough to invite contemplation.
Exhibited at Centre Pompidou, Mass MoCA, Art Basel Miami.
